One Mission: Get Accountants Using Fiskl with Their Clients

We’re at 80% automation today, building toward 95% autonomous accounting. Now we need someone who can get busy, skeptical accountants to actually adopt it. You’ll turn pilot firms into active users by making implementation so simple and valuable that resistance becomes impossible.

The Role

You’ll work with 10-15 accounting firms at a time, with one clear goal: get their accountants actively using Fiskl with real clients. Success means accountants choosing Fiskl for new clients and migrating existing ones because the time savings are undeniable.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Run hands-on implementation sessions where accountants process their first client in Fiskl while you guide them.
  • Sit with accountants (virtually or in-person) during month-end to ensure smooth processing.
  • Create “wins” in week one – show them hours saved on their most painful client.
  • Build trust by speaking their language – debits/credits, trial balances, tax returns.
  • Handle every objection personally: data migration fears, client resistance, security concerns.
  • Check in weekly with each firm until they’re self-sufficient (typically 8-12 weeks).
  • Document what actually drives adoption vs what doesn’t, feeding this back to product.
  • Connect successful firms with struggling ones for peer validation.

Non-Negotiable: You Must Use AI Tools

We only work with people who leverage AI daily. You should be using Claude/GPT-4 for client communications, documentation, and process optimization. If you don’t use AI tools, this role isn’t for you.

Your Success Metrics

  • Firms with 10+ active clients within 90 days: 70%
  • Accountant weekly active usage rate: 75%
  • Average time to first paying client: <21 days
  • Firm satisfaction score: 8+/10

What You Must Have

  • 2+ years working with accounting firms, SaaS implementation, or customer success with financial software.
  • Understanding of accounting workflows and month-end processes.
  • Track record of getting professionals to change their workflows.
  • Patient, persistent personality – comfortable repeating the same training 100 times.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with traditionally skeptical professionals.
  • Experience with Xero/QuickBooks/Sage and their pain points.

What Success Looks Like

  • Month 1: Five accountants processing real clients in Fiskl.
  • Month 3: Firm adding new clients directly to Fiskl (not their old system).
  • Month 6: Firm wouldn’t consider going back – Fiskl is their default.
