To support delivery of our Services, Fiskl Limited may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a \u201cSub-processor<\/strong>\u201c). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-processor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the\u00a0Customer Terms of Service<\/a>\u00a0or superseding written agreement between Customer and Fiskl (the \u201cAgreement<\/strong>\u201c).<\/p>\n

Third Parties<\/h2>\n

Fiskl currently uses third party Sub-processors to provide infrastructure services, and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third party Sub-processor, Fiskl performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.<\/p>\n
