Now you are all set, let’s have a quick look at where we’ve placed things in Fiskl so you can find your way round without any fuss. Homescreen:  A handy overview of your company’s sales, invoices, expenses, your upcoming payments, tasks and events plus a lot more. Sidebar: Menu which allows you to switch between different areas. To access this on your mobile simply tap on the Fiskl icon. Quick create:  To quickly create new items, either tap on the plus button on your mobile homescreen or click on the plus next to the item. Send invoices via iMessage, WhatsApp and Telegram 01.12.2019 On mobile devices you can now choose to send your invoices and quotes from iMessage, WhatsApp or Telegram. TimeZone updates added 18.11.2019 There are two time-zones in Fiskl. Your App/Web timezone which can be set in Preferences within the User menu and your company time-zone in Company Settings. Payment method, info and notes

From within the invoice you can add the following: Payment by Fiskl Payments, Stripe, Paypal or cash If you are connected to Fiskl Payments or one of the other Payment Integrations (see Payment Integration section for more information), the relevant checkbox will automatically be checked giving your client the ability to pay by credit card. If you prefer to be paid by another method, for example, cash, simply uncheck the check box. Payment Integrations

As well as getting paid by cash you can also choose to get paid using the payment gateways, Fiskl Payments (powered by Chase), Stripe and Paypal.  This keeps the whole payment process online and is makes it easy for both you and your customer. Hover over or click on your company name and then go to Integrations.

Setting up a Stripe account

Start accepting credit, debit, and other payment methods for your online business in minutes. Stripe works with Fiskl to process payments from your customers and makes sure you get paid fast. Once you have selected Integrations, you will be taken to a screen with the option to connect to Stripe. Click on Connect to Stripe button to be taken to the Stripe Account Activation form on their website. Complete all relevant information. Click on Authorise access to this account. You are then ready to go.

How does my client pay?

Your client can easily pay you using their credit card or cash. To pay by credit card: Once you have sent your invoice, your client will receive an email with a copy of the invoice attached. Your client clicks the green button to open the invoice in the email. Your client then clicks on the relevant payment option above the invoice and is taken to a dialogue box requesting payment details. You’ll then receive a notification in the notifications bar that your invoice has been paid along with email confirmation. Your invoice is then automatically changed to Paid.
