From the quote list you can edit your quote and change its status.

Quotes which have been converted to an invoice cannot be changed.

Edit your open quotes:

  1. Tap on the required quote, this opens up a preview of the quote.
  2. Tap on the edit icon at the top right to bring up the quote screen.
  3. Make your changes and then follow the same process for creating a new quote.

Edit a sent, accepted or rejected quote:

  1. Tap on the padlock icon at the top right to bring up the quote screen.
  2. Make your changes and then follow the same process for creating a new quote.

To change the status of your quote:

When your client accepts or rejects your quote, you can change the status of your quote:

  1. Tap on required quote which opens up a preview of the quote.
  2. Tap on the status icon to change to relevant status.
  3. Your status will then be changed, just tap on the cross at the top left of your screen to go back to the quotes list.

Edit your Open, Sent, Accepted or Rejected quotes:

  1. Click on the required quote, this opens up the screen to enable you to make changes and follow the same process for creating a new quote.
