Accounting is available on Pro and Prime plans

  • Archive your account:
    • Using your mobile swipe left on the account and select “Archive”, on web, hover over the account and click on “Archive”. Your account will then move to the Archived section within the Chart of Accounts.
    • You are unable to select archived accounts in any new transactions, but it stays in account history and reports.

To archive multiple accounts, select the accounts and click on “Archive”.

  • Restore your account: If you’d like to restore your archived account, go to the “Archive” tab at the top of the screen, using your mobile swipe left on the account and tap “Restore”, on web, hover over the account and click on “Restore”. Your restored account will reappear within the Chart of Accounts list.

To restore multiple accounts, go to the “Archive” tab, select the accounts and click on “Restore”.
