From within your invoice, you can easily add an item which you have already created.

  1. Tap on “Attach existing item” to pull up a list of All items and Products & Services.
  2. Tap on the checkbox against the items you would like to add.
  3. Tap on “Attach Selected” your item is then attached to your invoice.

In the line items, select item type (ie product) this pulls a drop down list of your products, if you wish to see all then click “Browse all items”.

A pop up screen appears which is split into 3 tabbed sections: Client items, All items, Product & Service, here you can easily see the item’s name, creation date, client, price rate and total (ie filtered by all items relating to the client).

Search: Enter your word into the search bar to find what you are looking for.

Add multiple existing items: Tick the checkboxes against the items and press “attach”.

Attach item: Once item/s selected click on “attach button”

Easily filter your items within the list

  1. Tap on “Attach existing item” to pull up the item list.
  2. All items relating to the client can be filtered by Expense, Mileage and Time by tapping on the relevant button at the top of the list.
  3. Tap on the Products & Services tab and tap either “Product” or “Service” button to see relevant items.
  4. If you’d like to filter your client item list further, then tap on the filter icon at the top right, here you can filter by:
    • Date range
    • User
    • Currency
    • Sort by
      • Name (Ascending)
      • Name (Descending)
      • Total (Ascending)
      • Total (Descending)
  5. Tap on “Apply Filters” and your filtered list will appear.
  6. If you’d like to filter your products and services, click on the filter icon, here you can filter by:
    • User
    • Currency
    • Sort by:
      • Name (Ascending)
      • Name (Descending)
      • Total (Ascending)
      • Total (Descending)
  7. Tap on “Apply Filters” and your filtered list will appear.

  1. Tap on “Attach existing item” to pull up the item list.
  2. All items can be filtered by Client, All items, Product/Service by clicking on the relevant tab.
  3. If you’d like to filter your client item list further, then click on the filter icon next to the search bar, here you can filter by:
    • Date range including selecting fiscal year or tax period.
    • User
    • Currency

You can apply the same filter across all three tabs.

Edit an existing item:

Once you have attached your item and it appears in your line items, simply tap on the item to open and edit.

Adding a new item or editing one you’ve already added to your invoice both follow the same principles:

  • Add new item with basic information: Select item type and enter information directly into the table of fields.
  • Edit existing basic information: Make the changes directly in the table of fields.

To add new or edit complete information for your item:

To add or edit all the fields relating to your item click on the 3 dots in the item row, select edit and a pop up box will appear (don’t forget to select the type of item first).
