Within your new invoice, its easy to add an existing or create a new client:
Bill to: Bill to allows you to select your client or add a new one.
Select client or add new one: This pulls up the list of clients from your database, however if you need to create a new client, just tap either import your client information from your mobile or manually input the relevant client details (see Clients section in this guide for more details).
Edit client: From the list of clients, left swipe the client you wish to edit and click on “edit”.
Select client or add new one: By clicking in the client field, or by typing initial letters, this pulls up the list of clients from your database, however if your client doesn’t appear you can create a new one, just click “Add new client” (see Clients section in this guide for more details).
To edit your client: Click “Update client info”, a pop up box will appear to edit the required information, if you wish to change the contact, address or notes section just click on the down arrow next to “Advanced options”.
Add your customer reference or PO number to your invoice by adding it to the custom label field.
