On Solo, Plus, Pro, Prime plans you can add email addresses to the cc field to always send your invoices to multiple contacts within your clients organisation.

To add a new client, go to the Client list, click on +New Client or the green plus icon on your mobile, here you can enter the following information:

  1. Click on the relevant fields to input your contact details.
  2. To add the country, click on the down arrow to select the required country.
  3. Not all fields need to be completed, only the client name and email are necessary.
  4. To save your changes, click save at the bottom right.

You can also add, view or edit your client details as and when you create a new invoice, new expense, time or mileage.

If you have a special time rate for your customers, simply add the client default rate to their profile.
