<p>We&#8217;re at 80% automation today, building toward 95% autonomous accounting. Now we need someone who can get busy, skeptical accountants to actually adopt it. You&#8217;ll turn pilot firms into active users by making implementation so simple and valuable that resistance becomes impossible.</p>
<h2><b>The Role</b></h2>
<p>You&#8217;ll work with 10-15 accounting firms at a time, with one clear goal: get their accountants actively using Fiskl with real clients. Success means accountants choosing Fiskl for new clients and migrating existing ones because the time savings are undeniable.</p>
<h2>What You&#8217;ll Actually Do</h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Run hands-on implementation sessions where accountants process their first client in Fiskl while you guide them.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Sit with accountants (virtually or in-person) during month-end to ensure smooth processing.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Create &#8220;wins&#8221; in week one &#8211; show them hours saved on their most painful client.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Build trust by speaking their language &#8211; debits/credits, trial balances, tax returns.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Handle every objection personally: data migration fears, client resistance, security concerns.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Check in weekly with each firm until they&#8217;re self-sufficient (typically 8-12 weeks).</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Document what actually drives adoption vs what doesn&#8217;t, feeding this back to product.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Connect successful firms with struggling ones for peer validation.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Non-Negotiable: <b>You Must Use AI Tools</b></h2>
<p>We only work with people who leverage AI daily. You should be using Claude/GPT-4 for client communications, documentation, and process optimization. If you don&#8217;t use AI tools, this role isn&#8217;t for you.</p>
<h2>Your Success Metrics</h2>
<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Accountant weekly active usage rate: 75%</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Average time to first paying client: &lt;21 days</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Firm satisfaction score: 8+/10</li>
</ul>
<h2>What You Must Have</h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">2+ years working with accounting firms, SaaS implementation, or customer success with financial software.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Understanding of accounting workflows and month-end processes.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Track record of getting professionals to change their workflows.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Patient, persistent personality &#8211; comfortable repeating the same training 100 times.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Ability to build trust quickly with traditionally skeptical professionals.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience with Xero/QuickBooks/Sage and their pain points.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What Success Looks Like</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Month 1:</strong> Five accountants processing real clients in Fiskl.</li>
<li><strong>Month 3:</strong> Firm adding new clients directly to Fiskl (not their old system).</li>
<li><strong>Month 6:</strong> Firm wouldn&#8217;t consider going back &#8211; Fiskl is their default.</li>
</ul>
